An electrician in Connecticut is seriously injured after his parked bucket truck was hit by oncoming traffic. The man was working on a traffic signal when the truck was struck, ejecting him from the bucket.

Stamford Police Sgt. Andrew Gallagher told the Stamford Advocate that the man could have sustained serious injuries if he was not wearing a harness attached to the bucket. At the time of the incident, he was positioned 20 feet above ground.
