Nathan Hibner was promoted to route supervisor for Rumpke Waste & Recycling in Columbus, Ind. He assumed this position in October.
Prior to joining Rumpke Waste & Recycling, Hibner was fleet supervisor for Wright Excavating, also in Columbus, from June 2013 to July 2016.
