Next Generation Power's newest creation stacks a diesel generator, welder, compressor, jumpstarter, and battery charger into a single, powerful unit, creating the ultimate service truck equipment.

This surprisingly compact unit enables operators to better serve customers without sacrificing valuable real estate on the rig.  It puts key equipment easily at hand, which is also a plus for auto racing crews.

Powered by a dependable, 3-cylinder, 18 hp Kubota industrial diesel engine, Next Gen's combo unit weighs 480 lbs..  It measures 51" L x 26" H, and at just 18" W, fits on service vehicle side boxes.

The heavy-duty Rotocomp rotary screw compressor produces 40 cfm @ 150 psi.  Inline, direct coupling keeps the whole combo unit slim, and eliminates belts for better reliability.

A 10 kW generator produces 120/240V, 60 Hz AC output.  It comes with two duplex 20 amp 120V GFCI receptacles, as well as 120V and 240V 30 amp twist locks for bigger jobs.

With an output of 300 amps of constant current or constant voltage, the welder component works equally well for stick or wire-fed welding.  Its compound-wound, transformer-regulated configuration produces dependable starts, since it doesn't have an AVR or capacitors that can fail.

This also creates an extremely smooth welding output, further enhanced by an infinitely variable welding adjustment dial.  Remote adjustment options are available.

Jumpstarts are no problem with this combo unit's 750 amp capacity.  Battery charging handles 12, 24, or 36V output, up to 400 amps.

Maintenance on this 5-in-1 workhorse is easy with one-side service and spin-on fuel and oil filters.  A remote start/stop panel, industrial muffler and safety shutdowns for low oil pressure and high temperature are standard.

The radiator can be mounted remotely to suit the customer's application, and Next Gen offers fuel tanks, wheel kits and other options.  Suggested retail price starts at $11,500.
