Jason Pennington was named fleet maintenance manager for Recology in January.
Recology is a recycling and landfill diversion company.
Previously, Pennington was the fleet manager for Pacific Tank Lines from 2008 to 2015.
Earlier, Pennington was a heavy equipment tech for the California Department of Forestry.
