A 2015 Ford Transit van will ferry the stars of the History Channel's "American Pickers" to collect forgotten antiques beginning April 30, according to Ford.

The full-size cargo van will carry show stars Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz as they search for hidden treasures from earlier times on the reality series. The van offers 487 cubic feet of cargo space.

Wolfe chose the largest Transit model with a long wheelbase, extended body, and high roof. The model is equipped with a 3.2L Power Stroke five-cylinder diesel engine.

The model in the show also features a rear-view camera and Reverse Sensing System. The white model also gets an "Antique Archaeology" logo.

"When the van is full, then we've got to come home," Wolfe told Ford. "I'm interested in real estate on wheels. There were four or five different vehicles I was looking at, and I just keep coming back to the Ford as the better choice."

New episodes of "American Pickers" air at 9 p.m. on Wednesdays.
