On Feb. 19, a CPS Energy employee rolled over in a bucket truck in icy conditions and another employee's vehicle was side-swiped in a hit-and-run according to the utility's Facebook post. Both employees are now recovering at home.

CPS Energy President and CEO Paula Gold-Williams said a lineman hit a patch of black ice and flipped the truck while on his way to a job site to restore power. The manager of that employee went to go check on him and was involved in a hit-and-run, according to KTSA
