A Penn Power worker died earlier this week when his bucket truck overturned. Lineman James George was inside of the elevated bucket working on a utility pole in Wayne Township, Pa., when the truck became unstable and turned on its side, according to CBS Local and the Ellwood City Ledger.

Penn Power’s parent company FirstEnergy offered its condolences to the victim's family in a statement, adding that it has begun an investigation into the fatal accident. Pennsylvania State Police is also investigating the incident.
