American Driving Records, Inc. (ADR), a provider of driver monitoring services, announced that it will operate under its parent company brand, SambaSafety, starting Feb. 26, 2016.

According to the company, the rebrand is the outcome of SambaSafety’s growth and increasing recognition as a leader in driver risk management solutions.

“The combination of ADR’s national driver monitoring platform and SambaSafety’s driver risk management services has been instrumental in SambaSafety’s growth and market leadership,” said SambaSafety CEO, Richard Crawford. “Today the SambaSafety brand represents more than just motor vehicle records and driver monitoring. It has become a leading source of driver information — helping thousands of organizations mitigate the risks associated with driving.”

For almost 30 years, SambaSafety and its subsidiaries, American Driving Records (ADR) and Softech International, have provided driver risk information technology to employers, insurance companies, background screeners, and fleet management companies across the country.
