Regulatory compliance and electronic logging technology company J.J. Keller & Associates will be holding a series of seminars in 2016 to educate fleets on the recently finalized ELD rule.

The rule was put in place by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and mandates the use of electronic logging devices by late 2017.
