Nissan's 2016 Quest minivan has arrived at dealers with a starting retail price of $27,430 and a slight improvement in fuel economy, Nissan has announced.

The 2016 Quest increases its fuel ecoomy ratings from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to 27 mpg on the highway, 20 mpg in the city and 23 mpg in combined driving. The vehicle added 1 mpg in combined driving for 2016.

Nissan has also added roof rails as standard equipment on the 2016 Quest, which is offered in four trim grades, including S, SV, SL, and Platinum. All models are powered by a 3.5L DOGC V-6 that makes 260 hp and 240 lb.-ft. of torque. Torque is delivered via an Xtronic continuously variable transmission.

The starting price is for the S model. Other models retail for $31,390 for the SV, $34,960 for the SL, and $44,080 for the Platinum.
