Chrysler's Dodge brand CEO will now oversee fleet operations following Pete Grady's appointment as president and CEO of Maserati North America, Chrysler announced Monday, Nov. 11.

Grady, vice president over fleet operations and the automaker's dealer network, retains his role as vice president of dealer network development, said Sergio Marchionne, Chrysler Group's chairman and CEO. Marchionne also announced several other non-fleet executive appointments.

Following Grady's move, Chrysler named Tim Kuniskis to oversee fleet operations. Kuniskis has served as CEO of the Dodge brand. Additionally, Saad Chehab is leaving his role as president and CEO of the Chrysler brand to become chief marketing officer of Maserati globally.

"All of these appointments represent important recognition of the positive contribution that each individual has brought to the organization," Marchionne said in a statement. "We continue to value the talent within our walls, as we grow strong leaders and provide opportunities for top performers."
