NEENAH, WI – FleetMentor, an online toolbox and fleet management advisor by J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc., will begin offering free live, monthly Webcasts for transportation professionals. The Webcasts will be presented by J. J. Keller’s editorial staff, which consists of more than 30 subject matter experts who are acknowledged leaders in the transportation, regulatory, and compliance fields.
FleetMentor will host its first Webcast, Roadside Inspections: An Overview of the Processes and Consequences of Roadside Inspections, on Dec. 3, 2008 at 1 p.m. Central Time. This Webcast will provide participants with a general understanding of the processes involved in roadside inspections — both by the agencies involved and the carrier. It will also provide participants with knowledge and best practices on improving the outcome of future roadside inspections and using the data provided by roadside inspections productively.
Each month, FleetMentor will host a Webcast in order to help transportation professionals learn first-hand about topics that directly impact their organization. Upcoming topics for FleetMentor Webcasts include: hours of service, driver qualification, accident reporting and investigation, claims management, DOT recordkeeping requirements, and DOT audits.
To participate in this and other Webcasts, transportation professionals who are not already FleetMentor subscribers can register for a 30-day free, no obligation trial by visiting www.fleetmentor.com. Registration for each Webcast will open 30 days prior to the event.
