ROCKFORD, IL – Peterbilt of Rockford is almost doubling the size of its Rockford facility, according to www.rrstar.com. The project will expand the building from 11,000 to 21,000 square feet and give the dealership more office, display and service area.

The company will eventually add up to 30 jobs. It now employs 32. This comes even though U.S. big-truck sales have declined in each of the past 18 months, according to publishing and research firm Ward’s Automotive.
