Kumho Will Raise Tire Prices

SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA — Kumho Tire U.S.A. Inc. will raise its passenger and light truck tire prices up to seven percent, depending on tire model, on Aug. 1, according to Modern Tire Dealer magazine.

Kumho cited “continuing price increases for raw materials and rising transportation costs” as the reason for the increase. Kumho last raised prices in February.
