BOCA RATON, FL – DiabloSport’s new Predator FLX7193 is the only flex-fuel tuner on the market. It allows GM trucks & SUVs to run flex-fuel (any blend of gasoline, Ethanol, or E85). The FLX7193 reprogramming also dramatically boosts horsepower, torque, and performance with no physical modification to the engine. MSRP for the FLX7193 is $499.

“Our tuning is superior to OEM flex-fuel programming,” says Max Wyman, DiabloSport marketing. “E-85 produces a lower MPG than gas, but we’ve cut OEM fuel economy loss in half to only about 10 to 15 percent. So using our tuner and based on current prices, running E-85 is far cheaper. Best of all, in addition to the benefits of running flex fuel, our tunes also unlock up to 30 hp and 30 ft. /lbs. of torque without popping the hood.”

The Predator FLX7193 plugs into the OBDII port and reprograms the vehicle’s computer in less than eight minutes. It restores factory settings as quickly, avoiding warranty issues. The FLX7103 works without conversion boxes or cutting wires, and it will read DTC codes, modify top speed limiters, adjust the speedometer to different tire sizes, and more. The FLX7193 has tunes for most 2003-07 GM trucks and SUVs, with a full rollout of application tools for more trucks, SUVs and cars being released shortly.

Flex-fuel vehicles (FFVs) run on gasoline or E-85, a blend of 85-percent ethanol and gasoline. E-85 is primarily a renewable fuel source that reduces dependence on foreign oil and supports local farmers. Environmentally-friendly E-85 also burns cleaner and emits fewer greenhouse gases than gasoline.

DiabloSport, based in Boca Raton, Florida, is the performance leader in developing specialized tunes and electronic handheld programmers for Ford, Dodge and GM Engine Control Units (ECUs).
