Kenworth to Showcase T800, W900, and T300 Models at World of Concrete

January 31, 2007

KIRKLAND, WA – Ready mix operators and other construction segment businesses can see Kenworth’s 2008-model vocational trucks at the annual World of Concrete Show, which ran from Jan. 22-26 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Kenworth’s booth featured four 2008 models, including a Kenworth T800 short hood equipped with a loader crane; Kenworth T800 wide-hood heavy hauler; Kenworth W900S mixer; and a Kenworth T300 dump truck.

The Kenworth W900S model’s new enhanced front-end design increases wheel cut by four degrees and reduces overall turning radius. The Kenworth T800 features a wide-hood heavy hauler, which has a 20,000 pound steerable pusher to reduce equipment wear and tear. The Kenworth T300 dump truck features the new PACCAR PX-8 medium-duty engine.
