2014 Ram Heavy Duty to Feature All-New V-8 Engine and New Rear Suspension System

For MY-2014, Chrysler offers an all-new gasoline V-8 engine for the Ram Heavy Duty pickup truck along with a range of other features, including a new gooseneck/fifth wheel capability, a new dual alternator system, and a new rear suspension system on the Ram 2500.

The Nissan NV200 is rated at 24 mpg combined and has a payload capacity of 1,500 lbs.

Chrysler to Offer New EcoDiesel V-6 Engine for 2014 Ram 1500

Chrysler announced it will offer a new 3.0L EcoDiesel engine for its 2014-MY Ram 1500 pickup truck. The automaker said this engine will be matched with a TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission.
