November 17, 2017

A public utility-owned truck was stolen near Cincinnati, Ohio, with the utility worker in the bucket. The truck, owned by the Village of Elmwood Place, was parked along the street while an Elmwood Place Public Works employee used the bucket to hang Christmas lights when someone stole the vehicle, reports Fox 19.

Police used stop sticks to flatten the truck’s tires. The incident is being treated as an abduction.
