Hector Hoyt, the San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) employee involved in the Jan. 6 hit and run that resulted in the death of a 54-year-old pedestrian Robert Fisher, pleaded not guilty to one count of felony hit and run during his arraignment on Jan. 30, reported Fox 5 News San Diego.
Hoyt had been arrested Jan. 22, posted bail, and was released the next day. According to Dan Gilleon, the attorney for the victim’s family, the family is planning to sue.
