GAINESVILLE, GA - All 10 car segments included in Black Book's auction analysis showed increases in value last week, according to Ricky Beggs, vice president and managing editor. In addition, Beggs said 12 of the 14 truck segments Black Book tracks went up in value, with the value of one truck adjusted eight times in June and up a total of $2,500.

Chrysler and General Motors' recent activities have not seemed to impact auction trends when compared to OEMs operating as usual, Beggs reported.

Eight of the thirteen brands showing positing activity all have a significant piece of their business in trucks, CUVs, and SUVs, Beggs noted.
