Kinedyne LLC, a business specializing in the design, manufacture, and distribution of cargo securement products to the transportation industry for nearly 50 years, announced national certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Women President’s Educational Organization-NY, regional certifying partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

Kinedyne was awarded certification based on the ownership, control, and operation of Kinedyne and its parent company, The Heico Companies, L.L.C., by Emily Heisley Stoeckel.

WBENC’s national standard of certification implemented by the Women President’s Educational Organization-NY is a meticulous process including an in-depth review of the business that is seeking certification. The certification process is designed to confirm the business is at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by a woman or women.

“Kinedyne joins with many of America’s top corporations in supporting diversity,” said Dan Schlotterbeck, president of Kinedyne. “This certification aligns with our corporate culture which promotes equal opportunities within Kinedyne and for our business partners.”

By including women-owned businesses among their suppliers, corporations and government agencies demonstrate their commitment to fostering diversity and the continued development of their supplier diversity programs.
