Charles Vleck has been named senior fleet operations manager for Advanced Disposal Inc. in Philadelphia.
Earlier, Vleck was director of fleet services and procurement activities for Stafford Logistics, Inc., the largest third-party waste hauler in the U.S.
The Stafford Logistics fleet is comprised of more than 880 power units and 2,800 trailers.
Vleck was group fleet manager for Waste Management from 1998 to 2012. While at Waste Management, Vleck directed fleet and procurement operations for the Northeast region.
