Accessible on mobile or Web, Team View gives independent service operators — such as plumbers, electricians, HVAC repair and handymen — a map view of all worker locations and activities, allowing for more efficient management and real-time response to customers, according to the company.

“Managing multiple trucks and teams in the field has been one of the most challenging aspects of growing Poof Done,” said Brett Robinson, owner/operator of Poof Done, a handyman service. “The Team View feature will give me a real-time view of where all my employees are, give me instant feedback on their job progress, and let me adjust and adapt my labor force instantly to the twists and turns of any given work day. Team View could end up being one of the most important tools in the Breezeworks toolbox.”

Breezeworks also announced further integration with QuickBooks accounting software, including direct availability from the QuickBooks App Store. The combined Breezeworks and QuickBooks solution gives customers the ability to send estimates, collect invoices and accept card payments directly from their Breezeworks app and record the transactions in their QuickBooks account, according to Breezeworks.
