Duraliner Has Gone Green

December 19, 2007

LAPEER, MI – Duraliner bedliners, the original truck drop-in bedliner, is now fully recyclable, without any change to the product’s standards of quality or utility. Manufactured by Durakon Industries, Duraliner is now almost completely made from recyclable material. This closed loop manufacturing process minimizes the need to create new virgin plastic, a process that could impair the climate with new carbon emissions.

Duraliner bedliners are available for most every make and model truck, domestic or import. Manufactured with a unique static dissipating technology to ensure the ultimate in user safety, Duraliner outperforms competitive brands with 40 percent better skid resistance than the leading competitor, 20 percent better wearability, and substantially better fade resistance, according to the company.

All Duraliner and All Star bedliners now will feature a decal to identify that they are recyclable and made from recyclable material, and the company’s logo has changed from its signature red to green.
