The Automotive Distribution Network has partnered with Innova Fleet Services to provide the group’s members with an affordable, innovative telematics solution to efficiently manage small- and medium-sized fleets.
“The Network’s members need access to a robust telematics system to help their customers monitor and repair advanced telematics features found on late-model vehicles as well as to defend against the actions of the car companies aiming to drive business back to their dealers,” says Tom Frey, vice president of information and technology for the Network. “The Innova system provides in-depth diagnostic information and a maintenance module that will facilitate the relationship between the Network’s members and their fleet customers.”
The Innova Fleet Services system provides information on the real-time condition of vehicles, highlighting problems and their severity. Innova’s system also supplies predictive failure information, identifies parts needed for repairs, provides customizable maintenance schedules, and offers several other features.
“At Innova, we are taking a fresh approach to telematics, developing an intuitive fleet-management system that is flexible and customizable,” said Mike Fitzgerald, executive vice president and general manager of Innova Fleet Services. “The Innova system will help the Network and its customers save time and realize a fast return on investment.”
