Roadside breakdowns can ruin anyone's day. For companies that rely on their fleet service, problems on the road can present business and safety risks as well. Azuga, a global provider of connected vehicle and fleet technologies, has teamed up with Signature Motor Club, an Allstate company, to provide emergency roadside services for its fleet clients.

"With our focus on driver scores, coaching and rewards, Azuga continues to lead the market with a fleet tracking solution that is loved by both drivers and management. Safety on the road is crucial, and this offering provides the reliability and coverage you'd expect from a trusted brand," said Ananth Rani, Azuga CEO. "Using the Azuga FleetMobile app, a stranded driver will be able to touch a button on their phone or make a quick call, and Signature will locate a local service provider in seconds. Drivers can track the provider's location on their phones, so they know when help will arrive."

Powered by Allstate's 50-plus years of delivering roadside help for individuals and businesses, Signature provides fleet services including:

  • Towing
  • Roadside winching for vehicles stuck in mud, snow or off-road
  • Lockout service
  • Jump-starts
  • Gasoline delivery
  • Tire changes

The service, which will be offered by Azuga in August 2017, integrates the same processes and technology Allstate has been using to give other drivers roadside help quickly.

"With our unique network of service providers, our digitally enabled rescues are averaging 28 minutes," said Allstate Roadside Services President, Pam Dufour. "We are continuing to make significant investments in technology to get people back on the road – fast. And now, with the Azuga FleetMobile app and Roadside Assistance by Signature Motor Club, Azuga's fleet customers can expect that same service and commitment."
