ATLANTA - Leggett & Platt Commercial Vehicle Products (L&P CVP), based in Atlanta, (www.leggettcvp.com) will exhibit commercial automotive products featuring eCoupled wireless technology, and MAGDock, the industry's first magnesium-based docking station at the 2009 Work Truck Show.
"MAG Dock and eCoupled wireless technology are just two examples of L&P CVP's long legacy of delivering innovative products that make working on the road more efficient and convenient," said Ross Haith, group vice president of marketing, sales, and service for L&P CVP. "Our company invests in new materials and technologies to drive product innovation and redefine the way our customers conduct business."
In the past year, L&P CVP and its family of brands have introduced groundbreaking technologies for the mobile workspace. Within parent company Leggett & Platt, L&P CVP has led the charge with its use of eCoupled technology, a wireless power that delivers energy over an advanced wireless infrastructure, which it debuted earlier in 2009 at the Consumer Electronics Show.
Gamber-Johnson, an L&P CVP company, was recognized as a leading innovator with its design and promotion of MAG Dock when it received the J.P. Leggett Innovator Award, the highest recognition of excellence in technological advancements within Leggett & Platt.
