Safe Fleet, a provider of safety and productivity solutions for fleet vehicles, has entered into an agreement to acquire American Van Equipment.
The Lakewood, N.J.-based American Van is a manufacturer and distributor of van and truck shelving, storage systems, and accessories, producing interior and exterior components that help improve worker productivity and vehicle safety.
